Virtual participation in old OI/PA rounds #224
Description
Make it work like on the codeforces, would allow students to simulate OI/OIJ/PA. Bonus awesomness if they would see their position (but only them) in the ranking after the round ends.
Students have no ability to set up private contests, so this would work as "read only" contests.
