In particular allowing Voters to supply their own custom verification phrase, and using a hash when deriving the verification numbers.

Not exactly sure how we want to include this, but it's on my mind as notably not on the site, but cool from a cryptographic / security design point of view.

The counterpoint is that it's weird to highlight attacks that SIV could but isn't more fully defending against already.
