Are windows events only capturable on the winit backend?

I was trying to capture the RedrawRequested event, e.g.

my_window.window().on_winit_window_event(move |win, event| { ... })

And noticed in the docs that there was only on_winit_window_event - but no such fn for qt or linuxkms

Looking around, I couldn't see a way to listen to windows on other backends in general.

Furthermore, there's a nice slint-specific slint::platform::WindowEvent struct, but I didn't see a way to listen to it either.

Kind of expected something like my_window.event_handler(|win, event, ctx| { ... }) or some such?

So, is on_winit_window_event the only way to capture events? Be on winit and ask it?
