What is this 0W?

Can anyone tell me what the 0W is at the right of the cost? So then I can either turn it off, or fix the sensor being used so it's useful again.

Clicking on it just gives me sensor.none which isn't helpful :)

Which isn't set in the config, but still seems to be showing
