When changing the homeAssistant.configuration and then upgrading the Helm release, these changes are not deployed.

Either the config map resources should have helm.sh/hook: pre-upgrade as well, or, better yet, not be a hook resource in the first place, since

Hook resources are not managed with corresponding releases

so a rollback wouldn't actually roll back the configuration.
