SyntaxError: Non-UTF-8 code

I'm trying to install the linux version of my RPi5 with INDIGO Sky (https://www.indigo-astronomy.org/indigo-sky.html).
My objective is to avoid multiple SD cards depending on the devices I'm using.
When I run python3 ./seestar_alp
O got the following error
SyntaxError: Non-UTF-8 code starting with '\x9a' in file /home/indigo/Downloads/seestar_alp/./seestar_alp on line 1, but no encoding declared; see https://peps.python.org/pep-0263/ for details
Due to the fact that the seestar_alp is in binary format I cannot edit to solve this issue.
