Latest gets the info (sorta) into a github actions step summary, but isn't very useful over there. |

The aim of this is to track the bundle size over time (in PRs and releases) but there's some fiddling to do to get everything in place. This does the basic piece of tracking the stats by adding the calculation into the build step and blindly commenting into the PR
