Better Offline Support

Possible right now:

• When you opened the desktop application while online, you can track time, even once you go offline.

Not possible yet:

• When tracking time while offline, when you stop are start trackers, the tracked times don't show up in the ui, only after reconnecting and syncing them to server you will see them in the ui.
• Opening the app while offline. It will just show turning wheels forever

I often work offline, especially while traveling. I would love to be able to track times then, but especially also be able to see the tracked times, so I can write bills while on the road.

So it would be great if all the projects and time tracking the user can see, would be cached, so it is also usable while offline (display a red note, that maybe the data is not uptodate, if somebody else did changes).
