[Bug]: iOS - Sometimes the list of wallets is still empty

Preconditions

Cold start for application

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the wallets list
2. Kill the application and open again the wallets list

Actual behavior

Sometimes the list of wallets is still empty.

Repeats when we completely kill the application and go to this list, mainly during a cold start, as discussed earlier, the repro rate is low.

Expected behavior

We need to show the loader until for some reason the list of wallets does not have time to load.
