PR description wrongly rendered in GitHub

Hi, when using the backport tool manually (not through Kibana CI) ,I'm getting a PR description that contains wrongly closed HTML comment, showing this as part of the description.

This is probably caused by other html comments within the same comment.

@markov00 Hey! Can you try upgrading to the latest version (9.6.6) and see if that fixes the issue? I recently added a fix around this:

I believe I was already on 9.6.6 (kibana main was with that version).
I will try again to backport the same
