Playlist add icon button is too slow to respond

Describe the bug
The app does not do anything after pressing the add icon button while editing the playlist.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the playlist tab
2. Select a playlist and try to edit it.
3. Click the smiley face
4. It does not work

Expected behavior
Show an dialog of emojis and other icons

Additional context
Idk, if this is a deprecated feature, since you can just add an emoji icon using your keyboard, plus the tags and categories.

Maybe it has to with my device🧐

Edit: Actually I was clicking a bunch of times that while it was loading the emojis, which resets it every time I click it again, when I click once, it works but I need to wait around 5 seconds to do so.

it probably is, the emoji picker is known to be notoriously slow to show up, did it use to show up on older versions ?

Yes, it does show up quickly the previous versions
