[Feature Request] Create playlist from a folder

**Is your feature request related to a problem?
Adding 200+ songs to a playlist is currently impossible without clicking every single one manually.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a third option to the Playlist "+" menu: "Create playlist from folder." You just select a folder, give it a name, and hit "Done" to add every song inside at once.
Describe alternatives you've considered
M3U imports are too buggy/outdated and manual selection is a nightmare.
Additional context
Since we can already grant access to folders in Settings → Library, we should be able to turn those folders into playlists directly.
