How to install in the latest version of laravel and pest php

With the defualt Laravel 12 and Livewire start kit installaætion it is not possibelt to install this package

Sure I can use, -W, but that will downgrade

Downgrading webmozart/assert (2.0.0 => 1.12.1)

Not sure it's a big problem, but it would be nice to be able to install this package without downgrading any of the 'standard' Laravel dependencies
