Specialized reasoner for complaince checking over SPECIAL's policies
The zipped file contains a Java implementation of SPECIAL's scalable reasoner, PLR, that is the core of SPECIAL's compliance checker. PLR can be instantiated using the reasoner factory of OWL's API, and supports the isEntailed method of the class OWLReasoner of same API.
