Filter list of available tags down to arm64 tags

At present list of tags is showing all available tags. When a new branch is created on github, it is first built for amd64 and then for arm64. Test panel is running on arm64. That means a branch may be deployed before it is ready.

The response from docker hub includes what architectures are available, so it should be simple to filter down based on that:

This is due to the issue-6708 branch not supporting the arm64 architecture since it was not available on Docker:

Had to manually edit the docker-compose.yml file at /var/lib/docker/volumes/specify7-test-panel_state/_data/docker-compose.yml and remove those services so that it wouldn't fail.

Testers can tell if a deployment is available for arm64 by checking the specify7-service tags on Dockerhub before deploying an instance. If the test panel is not responding when new versions are added, it is often the case one of the branches selected was not yet dockerized via GitHub action or it is an older release before arm64 support
