Missing `uitype=""` for `title` field in backstop>global COAttachment form def

Describe the bug
The backstop > global default view definition for the CollectionObjectAttachment form is missing a uitype attribute for the title field

uitype="text" should be added to the title field's cell definition.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to App Resources > view defs file
2. Add CollectionObjectAttachment view
3. Select backstop > global
4. See error

Expected behavior
default form defs should not have errors.
