Search and Replace File Path

Hey! I'm not a coder, just an Adobe Premiere user and a really good copy and paster. Slightly off topic, please delete if not allowed, but how can I modify this so that I can drop in Premiere files and automatically change all clip file paths from '\192.168.0.100\MyStorage' to 'U:' ? I would imagine it's got to be similar to the way the version number is found and changed?? If you can point me in the right direction, like which file I can find to modify this part, I will try to figure out the rest ... Thanks!
