Broken redirect link in Spring learning documentation

While following the Spring learning documentation, I noticed that a redirection link is not working correctly.

Documentation Page:

Broken Link:
https://spring.io/guides/gs/rest-service#scratch
https://spring.io/guides/gs/rest-service#initial

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the documentation page
Click the mentioned link
Observe the redirection
Expected Behavior:
The link should redirect to the correct documentation page.

Actual Behavior:
The link redirects to an blank page not actually redirect it show nothing on that page you need to refresh to work this redirection

I don't understand why this guide doesn't work. https://spring.io/guides/gs/validating-form-input is using the same structure (I couldn't see a difference) and it doesn't exhibit the issue.

Any idea @jzheaux?
