Generate tree and jstree without the D2L features

Currently the tree and jstree is generated for D2L platform, which might be confusing as this is not mentioned anywhere.
Instead we should generate the tree/jstree without any features provided (which means implicitly all features are enabled)

In UI we should add a hint element that displays a note that explains that the tree/jstree is generated with all feature flags enabled
