Changes and additional fields for Thesis item types

Items with itemType of "thesis" are not including all of the fields in the transform. We may need to confer on a few of these with the TEI-L to see how they recommend encoding them, but we need the following fields:

• Thesis type, thesisType JSON property (has the “Ph.D. diss.”, etc.). Put in a tei:note? TBD
• University (i.e., where the thesis was completed). A few options, TBD:
  • Publisher in the imprint element? (cf. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/78635/bug-university-field-missing-from-bibliographic-export-and-api-in-tei-format – wasn’t in the TEI export anyway, and still isn’t, though the OP suggests here using ‘publisher’
  • Distributor? Or give an ana attribute on publisher to point to it being a university or something?
• Place (possibly is showing up just not all data includes this field…) -- needs some investigation
