Explore whether it's possible to automate the exclusion of deprecated records

When a record is deprecated, it is marked with a _deprecated Zotero tag (we don't delete them to ensure their item keys cannot be inadvertently regenerated for a different record, cf. https://groups.google.com/g/zotero-dev/c/_7phsoNXCD4). These marked records should be moved into their own folder and not included with the main output of TEI XML records. Is this possible and worth doing at the transform point, or should it instead be a follow-on step for processing?
