In the committee endpoint, the response includes two arrays: schedule and data.
The schedule array lists all expected duties, and the data array lists all duties reported by the exporter.
The bug is that, in some epochs, the data array reports an incorrect duty that doesn’t exist in the schedule array or on the beacon chain.
This happens in Hoodi prod, but we don’t see it on stage.
