[Exporter] - hoodi prod - missing committee id at schedule array

In the committee endpoint, the response includes two arrays: schedule and data.
The schedule array lists all expected duties, and the data array lists all duties reported by the exporter.
The bug is that, in some epochs, the data array reports about committee Id that doesn’t exist in the schedule array.
This happens in Hoodi prod, but we don’t see it on stage.
