Failed to compile with debug mode nim compiler #13
Description
Some of the const section trigger nim-lang/Nim#8199.
There are possibilities the code contains hidden or unexpected bugs because of compiler malfunction.
Altough in release mode it compile succesfully, better we anticipate it and make some test.
