`StarletteScopeToName` only works for Routes not for Mounts

If the middleware tries to get the name of a starlete Mount you get the following error:

Unable to extract metric name from asgi scope: {…}, skipping statsd timing
-> exception: 'Mount' object has no attribute 'endpoint'
```
