Feature Request: Per-Provider Display Settings for Usage Stats

Description

Currently, the settings have a single global checkbox "shows percentage" that displays usage as a percentage for a 5-hour window. It would be great to allow more granular, per-provider customization.

Feature Request

Allow each provider to have its own display settings for usage stats, with options to choose:

• Display Format: Percentage (%) or Currency ($)
• Time Window:
  • 5 hours (current default)
  • 1 week
  • 1 month
• Usage Type (for currency display):
  • Amount used today
  • Amount used this week
  • Amount used this month

Benefits

This would allow users to monitor different providers' usage in the way that's most relevant to each one. For example:

• Show Claude usage as % for 5 hours
• Show GPT usage as $ spent this month
• Show other providers with custom time windows based on their billing cycles

Current Behavior

All providers are restricted to the same global "shows percentage" setting (5h window).

Expected Behavior

Each provider can be configured independently in settings with their preferred display format and time window.
