Can't send XLM from my Stellar wallet using Nano S. Error code says tx_too_late #317

Hope someone can help with an answer.
I bought some XLM a year or so back and sent them to my Stellar wallet. I then purchased a Ledger Nano S and used that to sign into my wallet.
I have never sent any lumens from my wallet to anywhere since putting them in the Stellar wallet.
I am trying to send some to Binance now.
Here is my problem.
Using Google Chrome I am able to sign into my Stellar wallet from www.stellar.org. I can see my lumens balance. I then copy and paste from Binance the Binance address to send the Lumens to and also copy and paste the memo number provided by Binance. I choose the memo_text option for the memo number. I enter the amount of Lumens I want to send to Binance. I confirm the send details on the Ledger Nano S.
This is where is fails. I keep getting the same message:

I have the latest version of Stellar on my Ledger Nano which I obtained from Ledger Live.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
