Configure path to CloudFormation stack templates #24
Description
It should be possible to provide CloudFormation stack templates from the local filesystem. The name and/or relative path to the file should be provided on the resource in the main organization configuration YAML object.
That object should also have a parameter that specifies the path to the root directory containing the CloudFormation templates. This may need to be passable via the command line, etc at runtime.
