What are the chances of adding or endorsing a desktop application or browser plugin?

I've been using Stratum for a few years now, since it was Authenticator Pro, and I love the fact that I can keep my 2FA codes on my phone and my WearOS watch, but I was wondering what the chances are of getting something you can run on your computer, either as a native desktop application or as a browser plugin (I guess probably a pair for both firefox and chromium)?

I can appreciate that it might not be a priority in which case I'd consider taking the project on myself if we could agree some way to sync codes, or failing that, maintain compatibility between backup formats. This would obviously make it much easier to use 2FA in the browser and for desktop programs as you could just natively copy and paste.
