Running tests is part of the build process. This is where the NW.js SDK build gets downloaded and started, so tests can be run.
As you can see from your log output, NW.js could not be started due to libva issues on your system. Skipping the tests probably won't help you in this case, as the non-SDK NW.js build that's being downloaded afterwards for building the application will surely not work either.

NW.js, similar to Electron, is a fork of Chromium with an embedded Node.js runtime, so if you google the error message in regards to Chromium/Chrome, you'll probably find the answer:
