Should I report bugs encuntered in an unstable build of stump?

I'm currently running an unstable version of stump. Now, I understand that I may encounter bugs and breaking changes, and I expect that and I'm perfectly fine with it. But I encountered a bug that does not exist in the latest stable version where library reading settings aren't saving and I was wondering if it would be useful to report, so I figured I'd open a discussion before creating an issue just to be sure.

You can use GitHub issues, just make sure to fill out all the debug information so I know that you are running an experimental version
