Issue

When installing a python dependency/lib on Windows/Mac, PC tries to install them into Data\Lib\python3.13 while ST wants Data\Lib\python313. From ST staff's response,

That was a change made ahead of the python 3.13 release, but unfortunately we had to change the name of the folder last minute because of an Apple code-signing bug.

I think that means this should be fixed on the Package Control side.

Local Workaround

I make a softlink of python313 as python3.13.

On Windows, it's mklink /J python3.13 python313
