@andreadibartolo You can use random_delay function of instagrapi.utils to give delay, like random_delay([5,6]) and to give delays between each pagination you need to use the following / followers chunk api to handle each pagination manually

from instagrapi.utils import random_delay

while True:
    followings, max_id = client.user_following_v1_chunk(user_id=_target_id,
                                                         max_id=max_id,
                                                         max_amount=200)
    random_delay([5, 6])

@msk-psp max_id is referenced before assignment and user_following_v1_chunk doesn't exist, only user_followers_v1_chunk exists😅
and above all, how does the loop stop?

you can write like below

    random_delay([5, 6])
