Integration testing

`quantum` is going to need a slew of integration tests to ensure proper functionality.

These should include:
- Testing the different backends
  - Test watches
  - Test tls
  - Test auth
- Testing sending packets between multiple nodes
  - These should include trying to send packets between networks
  - These should also include benchmarking performance
