Implement multi-page output #4
Description
As suggested by @xkpd3 on IRC.
Example:
Process a 90 page input file into a 15 page output file with layout 3x2
Two options come to mind:
- Overflow into a new page once the grid is full
- Allow explicit specification of output pages in YAML
