How to set up video preloading

Describe the bug

In the latest version, I found that I used preload=auto, play the m3u8 video, after the video was paused, the video did not continue to load or preload, I checked the relevant documentation, the compatibility is not very friendly, but my test environment is also chrome, so I don't know where my problem is, I will provide a piece of development code, as a way to ask for help, thanks!
