Bacteria variables

Hi there,

I would like to look at the output of some of the variables regarding the pool of bacteria and how they are changing on a day to day basis. For e.g persistent bacteria on foliage (bactp,fol: #cfu/m^2), the amount of bacteria released from the streambed onto the reach segment (# cfu). I don't think they are currently printed as an output in any of the output files. What would be the appropriate step here?
