Expose the trend in the report #81
Description
For legacy projects, there is a lot of violations.
To check that the project is in a good way of reducing the technical debt, it would be great to expose the evolution as available in the web interface :
- new
- outstanding
It will allow to have failure conditions like counts.new to avoid creating technical debt without relying on static value of nbViolations
