数据源 charset 是iso8859_1 ，且 fbConnect 硬编码encoding:'UTF8' 忽略了它。数据实为 GBK（±¾³§ = latin1 解码 GBK 字节 0xB1BE0xB3A7=本厂 ）。所有 wire encoding（UTF8/NONE/WIN1252/ISO8859_1）都返回相同的 latin1 字符串±¾³§ （hexb1beb3a7 =GBK本厂 ），因为列是 charset NONE（原始字节，服务器不转码）。TextDecoder('gbk').decode(Buffer.from(str,'latin1')) 正确产出本厂 。

修复方案：① 数据源 charset 改为gbk （表示数据实为 GBK）②fbConnect 在 db 上标记数据字符集 ③fbQuery 对含高位字节的字符串用 TextDecoder 解码。 - 纯 ASCII 字符串不解码（性能）；多字节编码才转；解码失败保留原值（容错）

• 其他 Firebird 中文库只需把对应数据源的charset 设为gbk （或 gb2312/gb18030/big5）即可生效
