Add keyboard scroll shortcut

[pieter-irsan]

Would love to have a keyboard scrolling shortcut, using the common hotkey ctrl+arrow up and ctrl+arrow down.

I have searched on

• https://dbxio.com/en/docs/keyboard-shortcuts
• DBX Settings -> Shortcuts

but nothing suggests a keyboard scrolling hotkey exists yet.

For future improvements, more variety in keyboard shortcut customization (like the one in VSCode and DBeaver) would be very much appreciated.
But a couple of keyboard scrolling shortcuts is all i ask for now.

Thank you.
