Retrieve transactions within a date range

Some transaction providers support retrieval of transactions within a date range.

e.g. Truelayer: https://docs.truelayer.com/reference/getaccounttransactions

Provide a mechanism to specify a date range when retrieving transactions.

This is very useful for filling transaction gaps which are only discovered at a later date.

Raising this because I'm not sure how this should be supported.

I would not want to have to specify the date range in a yaml config file.

Would beangulp API need to add support for specifying a date range?

As an alternative it would be possible to add it to the config file, it's not perfect but that would be the simplest approach that I can think of right now.
