The about page is not accessible from the Uli homepage. The only way to access it is to go to the hyperlink and add /about.

There should be an About link on the top right corner of the website in line with Blog and Research hyperlinks.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another option might be to have a menu like the Tattle website and have the About, Datasets, Blog, Research pages linked there.
