2.2.1 Design and bug fixes of anno.milli to ensure it aligns with original design (annotation field location, etc)
2.2.2 Annotation approval process - info sent to admin and annotator.
2.2.3 Remove annotator email, replace with a user ID, or allow for masking of email ID (abc***@gmail.com) in the annotation card
2.2.4 LCSH vocab drop down needs to allow for more than 10 terms at a time, and allow for a better way to search when the starting letters of a term are more vague
