[feature-request] Filmstrip view with image/file preview

I love the simplicity of this app and the fact, that it works with both a keyboard and with my touchscreen.

However, I find there's one feature missing: when browsing a folder with images and/or PDF files it'd be great if one could change to a filmstrip view with a preview of the files.
