Files and folders in the /mnt location do not show since they require permission

Allow permission popup to request permission to existing /mnt point folders, or /media point folders that aren't already shown. Currently user has to manually add permission:

sudo flatpak override dev.tchx84.Portfolio --filesystem=host

Otherwise mounted SDCards in the /mnt/SDCard folder will not show.

Since Portfolio is a file manager it would make sense intuitively to have access to all externally mounted drives, and folders.

I am trying to keep default permissions minimal, and let the user decide to expand it via Flatseal, but, isn't adding permissions for /mnt enough in your case?
