Add individualIDs to example dataset

The example dataset currently does not contain any value for individualID, making it harder to provide a good example in the Camtrap DP R package.

I suggest to add individualIDs to the (event-level and media-level) observations of this event: https://camtrap-dp.tdwg.org/example/00a2c20d/#79204343, which has 3 individuals (with the required count = 1). I suggest to name the individuals after Princess Bride characters (a giant + a couple):

• Fezzik (heron)
• Westley (male duck)
• Buttercup (female duck)
