This picks up a fix in the forked/vendored tool that adds minimal support for aliased types. It also enhances the configuration to address some missing external URLs. With the update in, the generation of docs/pipeline-api.md can be re-enabled. Merging this might trigger rebase for other PRs, but it's best done sooner than later as the current docs we publish to tekton.dev is slightly out of date.
