A UAID is connected to FE1 and lost the connection. After that UAID is connected to FE2 so to sockets are open (FE1 is waiting for the TCP timeout).
To improve this, FE2 will notify through the FE1 message queue "UAID is now connected with me" so FE1 can close the connection before.
