Opening in dev mode problems

I've just built and installed atom (v1.26) from source to verify that this is not an upstream issue.

On a clean install, I add the single package atom-ide-ui. Everything appears to run fine until you open a folder with the --dev flag (or click View -> Developer -> Open In Dev Mode..). The new atom window will complain about Incompatible Dependencies within the atom-ide-ui package. Rebuilding the package does not resolve the issue.

Note, this needs to be a clean install. I was previously using updates without an issue, until a system problem forced me to reinstall the OS.

As far as the issue is only in dev mode I'll consider it low priority, I'll fix it when I have some free time. Of course help is always welcome.
