What would you expect to happen? To get to the popup directly?

Yes. That would be awesome. I think it is totaly enough and saved me two clicks all the time ;).

I like the idea, but we should improve on the design. The list of languages is not very comfortable anyway. Something like showing the content of the fallback or the user's backend language by default.

I also think the dcaWizard can be dropped and the languages moved to the submodule.
